Shandong Yuyuan Latex Gloves Co., Ltd. (SYLG) was incorporated in the year of 2004 in Shandong Province of China. SYLG is a joint venture with local and foreign investments. Our company specializes in manufacturing and marketing latex medical and disposable products, such as medical (examination and surgical) gloves, condoms and disposable latex gloves for food services. Our factory covers an area of over ten acres. Our initial (first phase) factory building covers an area of 15,000 square meters to accommodate 12 production lines for the production of latex gloves. Latex production lines are specially designed and built with the latest design used in the production of latex gloves. The monthly output is 10 million pieces of gloves per line. Our production lines are largely automated and able to produce high quality products consistently. We produce low protein and powder contents powdered gloves for medical and food services. Our production lines are also equipped with facilities to produce polymer lined powder free latex gloves directly from the dip lines and maximize the production efficiency powder free latex gloves. Currently, our monthly output reaches 40 million pairs of gloves. The number is expected to increase to 60 millions on May in 2007 and 120 millions in early 2008 when new production lines are fully installed. Moreover, our second phase is to put up another 18 production lines (depends on the world demands of latex gloves). There are approximate 135 to 150 employees in our company. At present, about 50 to 60% of our products are sold in domestic market and the balance is exported to Europe, North America, South America and Asia. Our company is managed by a team of professionals. Our technical team is headed by a highly competence professional who has been in the latex medical glove manufacturing for over 30 years.
